Content Casting List | PhotosByChrisYGK

The PhotosByChrisYGK Content Casting List is a way to put your name forward for future photoshoots, content projects, new concepts, seasonal shoots and other PhotosByChrisYGK projects.

Joining the list doesn’t guarantee a photoshoot. When I have an upcoming project or idea, I’ll look through the list for people who may be a good fit and reach out directly.

Joining the Content Casting List is simple. Fill out the short application and tell me a little about yourself, your interests and the types of photoshoots you'd be open to.

When I'm planning an upcoming shoot, testing a new idea or looking for someone for a specific type of content, I'll look through the list and reach out to people who may be a good fit.

Being contacted doesn't mean you have to participate. I'll send you the details of the shoot first, and you can decide if it's something you're interested in and comfortable with.

Most Content Casting shoots will take place in Kingston, Ontario, but you don't need to live in Kingston to join the list. If you're willing and able to travel to Kingston for a shoot, you're welcome to apply.

There's no guarantee you'll be contacted, and there isn't a set schedule. Some opportunities may be very specific, while others may be open to a wider range of people.

The Content Casting List may be used for a wide range of PhotosByChrisYGK shoots. What I'm looking for will change depending on the project, season or idea I'm working on.

Portrait & Lifestyle - casual, editorial or concept-based portraits

Fitness & Athlete - studio, gym, training or sports-related content

Confidence & Boudoir - tasteful, confidence-focused concepts for both men and women

Couples - lifestyle, seasonal or concept shoots

Automotive Lifestyle - shoots combining people, vehicles and automotive culture

Seasonal Content - fall, Christmas and other seasonal ideas

New Concepts & Experiments - testing new lighting, locations, sets, backgrounds or photography ideas

You don't need to be interested in every type of shoot. The application lets you tell me what you're comfortable with and what kinds of opportunities you'd like to be considered for.

The Content Casting List is used specifically for PhotosByChrisYGK content and portfolio projects. These are not regular client bookings, and each opportunity may be a little different.

If you're contacted, I'll explain the concept, location, expected wardrobe and any other details before you decide whether you'd like to participate.

Photos created during Content Casting shoots may be used in the PhotosByChrisYGK portfolio, website, social media, advertising or other promotional material. Any specific usage expectations will be discussed before the shoot.

You should always feel comfortable with the concept and what you're being asked to do. If a particular opportunity isn't for you, there's absolutely no obligation to participate and you can still remain on the list for future opportunities.

If you'd like to be considered for future PhotosByChrisYGK content shoots and projects, fill out the short application and tell me a little about yourself and the types of shoots you're interested in.

Have a question before applying? Feel free to get in touch and I'll be happy to answer it.
